Right on, Lance. Thanks.

I would add that I have winced at some of the religious and political commentary (in some cases it's what might be termed "personal politics", such as statements or derisive jokes about homosexuality) I've come across fairly recently. I don't mean to imply that anyone should feel they need to be in the closet about their political, religious, sexual, etc, orientation, but we are not here to discuss those things, and we will serve our common purpose much better if we remember that there are folks of many different colors in our company, and all are to be respected. Thanks for listening.

For the most part, though, it's been fantastic to be involved in this GREAT forum. I am deeply grateful. This is for all of you:

Lance, this is by far the best forum for builders. I appreciate all the hard work you guys have poured into it. It is certainly appreciated. I don't post much, but I certainly don't miss a day without reading it. There is so much good information here that it seems unreal. So many people that have loads of experience to share, and they are so willing to share it. I think you do a great job of monitoring without interfering with the flow of information and ideas. Keep up the good work.

OK, if all this Sickly Sweetness doesn't stop, we're going to have to close this thread.
